Reservation Policy

ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES POLICY

Arrival Time: 15:00 pm. The day of arrival is counted in full towards the rent, regardless of your arrival time.

Departure Time: 11:00 am.

 

EXTENDED STAY POLICY

In case of interest in extending your stay, before arrival, there should be timely communication with the relevant department of the hotel. To extend your stay, staying in the same place cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to check out from our hotel after 11:00 am, your scheduled departure date, and until 18:00, you will be charged 50% of the room rate, one night. If your departure is after 18:00 you will be charged 100% of the room rate.

 

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

In case of EARLY DEPARTURE, 50% of the total cost of the canceled accommodation will be paid.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the reservation 5 days before the first night, the deposit* is returned. For cancellations within 5 days before your arrival date, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation cost.

* Possible costs of returning the advance are borne by the customer

 

NO SHOW POLICY

In case of no-show, while a deposit has been deposited, the room remains at the customer’s disposal until the following day at 11.00 noon. If the customer does not show up, a compensation equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged.

 

DAMAGES

For any damage done on site and due to the customer or any other person for whom they are responsible, customers are responsible (breakage of glassware, sanitary ware, damage to furniture, linen). The hotel is exempt from any liability in cases of damage or loss of items brought by guests, or the persons for whom they themselves are responsible, as well as in cases where the damage, destruction or loss is due to force majeure, such as earthquake, fire, etc. or special circumstances.

 

GENERAL POLICY

  • Free Accommodation for children up to 5 years old
  • On your arrival, keep a copy of the reservation and bank deposit proof of the deposit.
  • By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge of the hotel’s reservation policy, payment methods and cancellation.
  • The company’s reservation policy is regulated by art. 8 of Law 1652/1986 (Government Gazette 167/A) on hotelier-customer relations.
